Humanitas ex Machina
My original intention was Iron Man!John and AI!Sherlock taking names and kicking ass. Somehow it became an Astro Boy-esque deep commentary on the human condition. I wish I were making that up, because I was looking forward the rereading the kicking ass version of this story once I'd finished it.
